- Who is MinuteOne for?
- High-ticket coaches and course brands with inbound leads from ads, VSLs, applications, or webinars—where speed-to-first-call drives booked sales calls.
- What is the First-Minute Pilot?
- A 30-day managed kickoff: connect your lead source, configure script and policy with us, cover eligible leads, weekly optimization, and written ops success metrics. Demo is free; pilot is paid so configuration and consent are real.
- What happens when a lead comes in?
- We validate the payload, run compliance gates (consent, windows, suppression), then dial in the first minute when allowed. The agent qualifies and books or routes to your team.
- Will it sound robotic?
- Scripts are managed with natural turn-taking. Hear the sample path on the site (transcript + audio when configured) or on the live demo. Closers still own the sale.
- Does it replace closers or setters?
- No. First-response and pre-qualification layer. Humans still close. Many teams reallocate setters to high-intent work.
- Is there a free trial?
- No open free outbound minutes (COGS + compliance risk). Book a demo / paid pilot so configuration and consent language are correct before live dials.
- What is the Operational Pilot Guarantee?
- If you meet agreed volume and consent prerequisites, and we miss the written pilot SLA on our side (e.g. time-to-dial for eligible leads), we extend the pilot 14 days at no platform fee or credit unused prepaid calls. We do not guarantee revenue, show rates, or closes.
- How is consent handled?
- Calls only proceed when consent metadata and campaign rules pass. We store consent text version, channels, and timestamps for audit. Your counsel must approve language and jurisdictions before production calling.
- How do I cancel?
- Open Billing → Billing portal (Stripe) to cancel or change plan. You can also export workspace data and deactivate your account under Settings.
- Can I export or delete my data?
- Yes. Owners/admins can export workspace JSON from Settings. Account deletion deactivates the user and closes sole-owner workspaces; contact support for hard erasure requests.
- Do you offer Google/Microsoft login?
- Not yet. Email + password, invite links, and password reset are supported. OAuth is on the roadmap if ICP demand is clear.
