Email and automation tools are self-hosted where noted. Material changes will be reflected here. This list is an inventory of processors that may run, not a transfer or adequacy opinion.

02Which processors apply

US/CA workspaces use Deepgram+Gemma (English); EU/ROW workspaces use Azure+Mistral for STT/TTS/LLM (LiveKit media still global).

03International transfers

US vendors (Stripe, Deepgram, OpenRouter, Twilio, Sentry, and many tenant CRMs) need an SCC or EU–US Data Privacy Framework mechanism. Those tools are not executed in this product. Prefer EU-first hosting — Hetzner Falkenstein/Nuremberg or AWS eu-central-1 — for API, Postgres, Redis, recordings, and LiveKit.
