If you supply agreed lead volume and a valid consent configuration, and MinuteOne fails to meet the written pilot SLA for eligible leads (for example median time-to-first-dial or attempt rate inside your calling window) for reasons on our side, we extend the pilot 14 days at no platform fee—or credit unused prepaid calls. We do not guarantee revenue, show rates, or close rates: lead quality and your offer own those.

- What is the First-Minute Pilot?
- A 30-day managed kickoff: connect your lead source, configure script and policy with us, cover eligible leads, weekly optimization, and written ops success metrics. Demo is free; pilot is paid so consent and scripts are real.
- Why not free trial calls?
- Outbound voice has real carrier + model cost and compliance risk. Book a live demo for a guided lead → call → book walkthrough; live calling ships inside a paid pilot so scripts and consent are configured first.
- What counts as a call?
- One outbound dial attempt that is completed under your plan definition—typically answered, voicemail path, or past the ring threshold (set in the order form). Included calls reset each calendar month. Overage is per extra call, not per second of talk time—easier to forecast against lead volume.
- How do I cancel or change plans?
- In-app Billing → Stripe customer portal for cancel, plan change, and payment method. Cancellation stops renewal; current period access follows Stripe settings.
- Refund policy?
- Setup/pilot fees are non-refundable after kickoff starts (real launch work). Monthly fees: cancel anytime via portal. Operational Pilot Guarantee covers agreed SLA misses on our side—see terms of pilot at kickoff. Details in Terms.
- Do I need to learn the whole stack?
