These terms describe access to the MinuteOne AI website and demo product. Commercial use is governed by a separate order form or MSA.
Acceptable use
You may only dial leads you are authorized to contact. You must maintain accurate consent records and comply with telemarketing and privacy law in every jurisdiction you call.
Service status
The product is evolving. Features may change; SLAs apply only when contracted. Demo workspaces may contain synthetic data.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MinuteOne is not liable for indirect damages arising from website use. Calling outcomes depend on configuration, carriers, and lead quality.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled via the Stripe billing portal in-app. Setup/pilot fees are for launch work and are non-refundable once kickoff begins. Unused included outbound calls do not roll over unless stated on an order form. For disputed charges, contact support within 14 days; we may issue goodwill credits at our discretion.
